Objective

Ensure automation workflows are accurately configured, properly triggered, and fully functional to deliver timely communication, streamline CRM processes, reduce manual errors, and improve overall lead management efficiency within GoHighLevel.

Key Steps

1. Access Workflows

  • Log in to your GoHighLevel dashboard.

  • Navigate to Automation → Workflows from the sidebar.

  • Select the workflow you want to update.

2. Open the Automation Builde

  • Click on the workflow name to open the builder view.

  • Review the entire automation structure before editing.

3. Edit Triggers

  • Click on the trigger step.

  • Modify start conditions such as form submission, tag added, or pipeline stage change.

  • Save the updated trigger settings.

4. Modify Actions

  • Edit Email, SMS, Task, Webhook, or Pipeline actions.

  • Update content, personalization fields, or links.

  • Add or remove steps as required.
