
Log in to your GoHighLevel dashboard.
Navigate to Automation → Workflows from the sidebar.
Select the workflow you want to update.
Click on the workflow name to open the builder view.
Review the entire automation structure before editing.
Click on the trigger step.
Modify start conditions such as form submission, tag added, or pipeline stage change.
Save the updated trigger settings.
Edit Email, SMS, Task, Webhook, or Pipeline actions.
Update content, personalization fields, or links.
Add or remove steps as required.
