1.4- Workflow Not Triggering

If your automation workflow is not triggering as expected inside your Go High Level CRM, review the

common causes below to identify and resolve the issue quickly.

Trigger Conditions Not Met

  • Verify that the correct trigger is selected (Form Submitted, Tag Added, Appointment Booked, etc.).

  • Make sure the contact actually completed the required action.

  • Double-check filters such as pipeline stage, tags, or specific forms.

Workflow Not Published

  • Ensure the workflow is turned ON.

  • After editing, click Save and confirm it is active.

Contact Already in Workflow

  • Some workflows are set to allow contacts only once.

  • Enable “Allow Multiple” if you want repeated entries.

Incorrect Trigger Settings

  • Check if the trigger is set to “Added” vs “Removed” (for tags or stages).

  • Make sure the right pipeline or calendar is selected.

Time Delay Settings

  • Review if a delay step is preventing immediate execution.

  • Check time zone settings inside your account.

If the issue persists, test using a dummy contact and submit a support ticket with workflow screenshots

for faster troubleshooting.
